Mandatory Pre-requisites & General Conduct:

2. Content Restriction: Religious sentiments and political standpoints should not be encouraged or included in ad copy.

Credit Rating:
1. Mandatory Inclusion: Always include "Rated \"[ICRA]AA+ (Stable)\" by ICRA and \"IND AA+/Stable\" by India Ratings and Research" in relevant communications.

Creative Pre-requisites (Mandatory):
1. Brand Name: Use "Shriram Finance" only. No other brand names.
2. Asterisks: Always use an asterisk ("*") when mentioning specific numbers or writing interest rates. E.g., 9.00%* p.a.
3. Interest Rate Mentions: When mentioning interest rates, always include "Subject to change" and "T&C apply" (or similar phrasing like "Terms and Conditions apply").
4. Logo Note (for visuals): Shriram Logo to be used in 2 top corners & one in the bottom middle of creatives. (Reminder for visual ad assembly).

Interest Rate Communication:
1. Transparency: Communicate annualized interest rates transparently. Always use the latest applicable rates. Include Sr. Citizen and Women interest rates.
2. Rate Accuracy: Interest rate communication (e.g., "starting from X%* p.a.") must align with the actual current interest rate policy (e.g., if policy is 12-14% for a specific tenure, don't state "starting from 15%"). Ensure advertised rates are accurate for Fixed Deposits and not confused with loan products.
3. Highest Rate Category Phrasing (if advertising combined benefits):
   a. When discussing interest rates directly: "The interest rate of (e.g., 9.00%)* p.a. is inclusive of (e.g., 0.50%)* p.a. for Senior Citizen and (e.g., 0.10%)* p.a. for Women Depositors. *T&C apply. Interest rates are subject to change. Please use current rates."
   b. When discussing maturity amount: "This amount is calculated based on the interest rate of (e.g., 9.00%)* p.a. (inclusive of (e.g., 0.50%)* p.a. for Senior Citizen and (e.g., 0.10%)* p.a. for Women Depositors). This amount will be credited on maturity after (e.g., XY) months. *T&C apply. Interest rates are subject to change. Please use current rates and tenure."
4. Investment Examples: If stating "Invest X amount turns into Y amount in Z months", it must include the full disclosure: "(Maturity amount is calculated based on [current_rate]%* p.a. inclusive of [senior_citizen_bonus]%* p.a. for Senior Citizen and [women_depositor_bonus]%* p.a. for Women Depositors for a tenure of [Z] months). *T&C apply. Interest rates are subject to change."

FD Specifics & Restrictions:
1. FD disclaimer and rating disclosure must be mentioned.
2. Auto-renewal benefit of 0.25% for FDs is NOT to be promoted.

Restricted Words/Phrases (DO NOT USE):
- Highest, Safest, Term Deposits, Domestic Term Deposit, Time Deposits, Short Term Deposits, Savings Account, Tax saving FD, Claim, Zero Risk, Per Year, Profit, Guaranteed, Assured return, Dividend, Money multiplier, Loan Against FD, NRI FD, Safe, Secure, Trusted, Reliable, Assured.
- Words like "safe" or "secure" must not imply that deposits are secured by DICGC. Modify phrasing if necessary.
- Avoid "guaranteed" and "assured return".

Mandatory Disclaimer (must be included in all communications - blogs, ad copies, social media posts, PR, etc.):
"With regards to deposit taking activity of Shriram Finance Limited ('SFL'), viewers may refer to detailed information and T&C provided in our application form available at https://www.shriramfinance.in/downloads. The Company is having a valid Certificate of Registration dated 31st January 2023 issued by the Bank under section 45-IA of the RBI Act.
